Description
The development plan sought to fortify the Kenya Semester Program by recommending the development of the physical affairs, such as the buildings, the academic affairs and the administrations and finances. By developing these aspects, the Kenya semester program, according to acting director Dr. Mwenda Ntaragwi, would meet its "highly placed academic status in international education."
