An eastward-looking shot of campus around 1882, during construction of Fisher Hall, home of the Universalist Theological School, and prior to development of University Ave. The home in the foreground, currently the KDS sorority house, was at one time the residence of noted SLU graduate, trustee and St. Lawrence County District Attorney Ledyard P. Hale (class of 1876).
