My dear Bigelow-
Just a word- am hard at turning out stuff.  Didn’t send money yet but don’t seem to get around to it – will shortly.
Just back from Chicago – mob and soldiers – hot stuff.  Got to have a big killing in this country.  Don’t you let any of those English papers make you think this country is going to hell.  You may have to come out here and help us lick the [lice?] from Central Europe.
